Dr. Manar (Mark) Shami, Managing Director at Talentrica L.L.C., and the leader of overall design and deployment of training and consulting services. He is currently a lecturing professor at the University of California, Berkeley. Over the past 20 years, he has been leading the training and development of a large global contractor company. He is internationally known trainer and speaker. He has a demonstrated history of over 30 years in management consulting and developing high-impact and innovative learning solutions for executives, managers, engineers, and staff. He is proficient in online and in-person training models and is PMP® Certified by the Project Management Institute. During his career, he has been helping thousands of professionals pass the PMP® exam and attain managerial, technical, and leadership skills. He supported the technical, project management, and leadership training needs in over 40 countries and for mega infrastructure projects. He obtained his doctorate as well as two masters’ degrees from the University of California at Berkeley, USA. He published over 40 journal papers & books, was an Authorized OSHA Safety Trainer, and has been the lead PMP Trainer for a number of large organizations. He is a U.S. citizen, married, and has two children. He is a U.S. licensed private pilot and an active volunteer at large humanitarian entities & NGO’s.
