My Approach as a Professional Coach
My coaching approach is infused by the Co-Active Training Institute, the gold standard in coach training and leadership development. The coaching space between my client and me is extraordinarily non-judgmental. I hold all my clients to be naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. As my client, you are not broken, and you don't need anyone to fix you. I will bring my intuition, calming presence, and a deep listening ear to whatever on your mind. This would create a loving and open space where we play together, leading you with curiosity and taking bold steps to service a rewarding life, work, and relationship.

What does a coaching conversation look like?
There are three main things we focus on in coaching conversations:
A coaching conversation involves me asking questions, introducing tools (to help you get in touch with your wiser self and wisdom of your body), and listening to all the nuances of what you are saying. A coaching conversation is not about what is wrong; it is about what is next.
