The name "rica" in Talentrica, is a lady's name in German that means a complete and peaceful ruler! Talentrica L.L.C. helps develop talents by employing modern training and coaching tools in the industry. Talentrica is a woman-owned and operated business.
Ruby (Reem) Madani Founder & CEO of Telentrica
She is responsible for coaching and relationship intelligence(SDI 2.0). During her career, Ruby has amassed extensive experience in engineering, coaching, and business development. She has BSc. in Civil Engineering from the University of the Pacific in California. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation (PCC), and Certified SDI™ 2.0 Facilitator (Strength Deployment Inventory) by Core Strengths in California.
Ruby has partnered with professionals at all levels and supported their transformation to accelerate their careers and dreams. She is active in coaching and volunteering at several NGOs. Ruby is a US citizen, fluent in English & Arabic, and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Mark (Manar) Shami Managing Director of Talentrica
He is responsible for the design and deployment of training solutions and consulting in large organizations at the global level. Mark was a professor at several major universities and an international management consultant.
He worked with CCC, Consolidated Contractors Company, one of the world's top twenty int’l contractors, for over 17 years as a Corporate Training Manager. He holds a Ph.D. and two Masters in Civil Engineering from the U. of California at Berkeley.
He is PMP® (Project Management Professional) certified by the Project Management Institute. He is specialized in project management, leadership development, besides engineering. Mark is a US citizen and based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
